Data Deletion
Your data belongs to you. CANNATRAK stores all your tracking data locally on your device — here's how to delete it completely.
📱 Delete your data in-app
- Open the CANNATRAK app on your device
- Tap the Menu icon (☰) or navigate to Settings
- Scroll down and tap Clear All Data
- Confirm when prompted — this action cannot be undone
- The app will restart and return to the welcome screen
⚠️ Clearing your data is permanent and cannot be reversed. All tracked sessions, condition logs, strain entries and settings will be erased from your device.
✉️ Need help or can't access the app?
If you are unable to access the app or need assistance with data deletion, contact us directly and we will handle your request within 30 days.
🔒 What data does CANNATRAK hold?
CANNATRAK is a local-first app. Your tracking data is stored on your device only. We do not maintain a central database of your personal health records.
When you use the AI Report feature, a summary of your logged data is sent securely to our API to generate your report. This data is not retained after the report is delivered.
