1. Who we are
CANNATRAK is a UK-based medical cannabis wellness tracking application built for NHS and private prescription patients. It is developed and operated by The Pound Tip Ltd.

2. Data we collect and how it's used
CANNATRAK is a local-first application. The majority of your data is stored only on your device and never transmitted to our servers.
Health information (conditions tracked, symptoms, cannabis usage logs, doses, strain entries)
- Stored locally on your device
- When you generate an AI Report, a summary of your logged data is sent securely to our API and processed by Anthropic's Claude AI to generate your report
- This data is not retained by us or Anthropic after your report is delivered
- Purpose: core app functionality and AI report generation
Display name / nickname
- Stored locally on your device only
- Never transmitted off your device
Purchase history and subscription status
- Managed by RevenueCat and Google Play (Android) or Stripe (web)
- Used to unlock Pro subscription features
- We receive confirmation of your subscription status only — not payment card details
Device identifier
- Used by RevenueCat to manage your subscription across sessions
- Required for Pro subscription functionality
3. Third parties we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share data only where necessary to provide the service:

4. Data security
- All data transmitted off your device is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS)
- Your health tracking data is stored locally on your device and not held on our servers
- We do not maintain a central database of patient health records
- AI reports are generated and delivered without long-term storage of your input data
5. Your rights and data deletion
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.
To delete all your data from CANNATRAK: Open the app → Settings → Clear All Data → Confirm. This permanently removes all tracked data from your device and restarts the app.
You can also submit a deletion request by emailing hello@cannatrak.co.uk. We will respond within 30 days.

6. Age restriction
CANNATRAK is intended for adults aged 18 and over who hold a valid UK medical cannabis prescription. The app is not suitable for or directed at anyone under the age of 18.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page reflects when it was last updated. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
